Group Classes

Gretchen uses a process-driven, methodical approach in her teaching. She’s a natural problem solver and loves experimenting to find the best solution for physical challenges. Being the mother of three, Gretchen teaches with discipline, empathy, and plenty of humor. You can expect to work hard and laugh harder in every class. In Gretchen’s class, you are not just a student. You are part of a community striving to live healthier and feel happier.

You will get the best experience with a full set of yoga props

  • 1 yoga mat

  • 3-4 yoga blankets

  • 2 wooden or cork blocks

  • 1-2 yoga straps/belts

The Cabana Studio

During the summer of 2013, I started teaching classes in my cozy backyard cabana. What began as a simple spring cleaning project turned into a yoga studio with a full set of props and a rope wall.  Classes in the Cabana Studio are limited to three students. Reservations are required for weekly classes in the Cabana - located in North Oak Cliff near Methodist Hospital of Dallas.
